Wander More, Pay Less Travel Credit Program

So here’s how it works:

🎁 Earn a $2,000 Travel Credit

For every 12 completed full-service Wanderful Journeys tours, you’ll earn a $2,000 Travel Credit toward a future trip.

That means if you travel 12 times, your 13th trip could be nearly (or entirely) covered.

And if you introduce friends along the way? Those trips count, too.

✈️ What Counts as a Qualifying Trip?

A trip qualifies if it meets all of the following:

• It is a full-service Wanderful Journeys tour
• It is offered at regular pricing (it's not a scouting/test trip)
• The traveler completes the trip
• The booking is fully paid

What Does Not Count?

• Scouting / trip tester trips (these are offered at cost)
• Cancelled bookings
• Refunded or disputed payments

🧮 How the Counting Works

• Every completed, fully paid tour = 1 credit toward your 12
• After 12 qualifying trips = 1 $2,000 Travel Credit
• 24 qualifying trips = 2 Travel Credits
• 36 qualifying trips = 3 Travel Credits

There is no time limit and credits never expire.

💳 What the $2,000 Travel Credit Covers

Your Travel Credit may be applied toward:

• Accommodations included in the tour
• Group ground transportation
• Airfare arranged through Wanderful Journeys
• Core tour package costs

It does not apply to:

• Optional add-ons
• Travel insurance
• Passport/visa fees
• Personal purchases
• Souvenirs
• Meals not included in the tour package

Travel Credit:

• Is non-transferable
• Has no cash value
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Must be applied to a future full-service Wanderful Journeys tour
   

  🛡 Capacity Protection (So Trips Stay Viable)

To protect group pricing and keep trips sustainable:

• A maximum of one Travel Credit may be applied per tour
• Credits are applied first-come, first-served
• If a trip is already at its credit limit, your credit can be applied to a future trip
• Credits never expire

This ensures trips remain affordable for everyone while still rewarding loyal travelers.

🤝 How Referrals Work

When someone you refer joins and completes a qualifying tour, their trip counts toward your 12.

• To qualify, they must mention your referral at the time of booking
• Retroactive referrals cannot be applied later
• Each traveler can only be referred once and may only count toward one member’s Travel Credit
• Yes, your spouse and children count, too! Every individual traveler who completes a qualifying trip adds one toward your 12
