DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Excellence requires your credit card at time of booking to hold your room. They do not accept Discover Card. A 1.00 hold is placed on your card at time of reserving your room. Your card will then be charged in full on the final payment date. Unfortunately, the hotel's policy does not permit payments to be made on your reservation - it must be charged in full. Amethyst will reach out to you prior to final payment to ensure the credit card on file is still valid or to see if you wish to change the card on file for final payment. 
Your booking will include free private roundtrip airport transfers  

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation comes with free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If you are concerned about something happening in the time leading up to arrival we suggest the purchase of travel insurance to cover cancellation. 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.
